Camp Return Policy

“Lyme Shores Racquet Club tries to act in good faith to accommodate transfers, credits, and refunds to the best of our ability should extenuating circumstances occur. A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration.   

Once your camper’s registration is processed, you cannot make changes to your registered dates online except to add additional camp weeks. If you need to make changes to your camp dates, please call the front desk or email the Camp Director at manager@lymeshores.com. We will gladly transfer your child to another week if space allows! 

If you need to cancel any weeks of summer camp for your child, please call the front desk or email the club manager at manager@lymeshores.com. If you need to cancel a week of camp (if you gave us ample notice) we could issue your family a credit for your deposit paid which could be transferred towards another camp week’s fee or a future program. Refund exceptions for extenuating circumstances will be made at the discretion of the Camp Directors and are not guaranteed. (A credit or refund will not be given for missed days or choosing to only attend a partial week).”
